HI Jenny.. I'm sure someone already posted.. but just in case...

you are correct.. milk & eggs...

 

vegan is considered strict veg.. no animal products at all...

=)

Thank you so much! I have reserved Vegan & Vegetarian Faq from the library.

Someone else has it checked out, but I hope that they return it soon!!

It's loaded with great info. Those two books I have lent to many people just
