Every once in a while I find Subway gets stingy with there ingredients, A

couple of times they have put on 6 olive pieces and when I asked for more they

put on one. I asked for more again and she put 1 more on, I think they

finally put a couple on or I gave up. I guess she thought she was putting on

a

lot of olives.

However I do like subway as it works for the whole family the veg and non

veg alike.

I agree, they do a great job. No extra charge and I have enough lettuce and

olives hangin' out of my sandwich which looks like a Christmas tree with black

decorations on it...........LOL Donna

veggie sandwiches are cheaper than

the meatified ones. There have been times when I've requested extra pickled

jalps etc and they never have a problem. Go light on the lettuce so there's

more room for the good stuff, lol.

You are correct that Subway they were stingy as we didn't even have that

many things on the sub. My daughter only had, lettuce, olives, cheese, and 1

other thing I don't remember what. We don't usually go to that one, but that

time is was convenient.

Geez, Gayle, they be a stingy crew at that particular Subway. They must have

their biz down to a science knowing exactly how much food they're going to

be dishing out hence knowing how much exactly they make on each order.

I just ask real real nice like and I think they feel compelled to give in

thereby not looking like a stingy butt.

Olives, aye?? Yes! Our olive group is expanding! Muahahahaaa...

I wish some places were a bit more lenient. I've gotten baked potatoes

before at a semi-fast food place here in town. And instead of bacon, I

request that they substitute pickled jalps. Sometimes I get charged .25. Now

last time I checked b@con was more expensive than jalapenos. They should

offer the replacement topping for free, imho.

Exactly. A quarter isn't going empty my wallet (but I guess it adds up if

one were to eat there everyday). I just think it's kinda screwy. What if a

vegan ordered the potato and told them to hold the b@con, hold the butter,

hold the sour cream and hold the cheese but add jalapenos. Would they still

charge? Tis the difference between a chain and a Mom and Pop diner I

suppose.
