Cilantro Salad Dressing aderezo de cilantro recipe post-can be vegan

This is from the same book.............try this on your next tossed salad. The

flavor is wonderful. Great change from the same old dressings in a bottle.

 

" Cilantro Salad Dressing "

 

1/2 soy or regular mayonnaise

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

2 Tblspns. olive oil

2 Tblspns. lime juice

1 cloves garlic

2 Tblspns. white wine vinegar

salt & pepper to taste

 

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Serve over tossed salad.
