But i think it would make me shudder and pucker up. i have tried dips i like that are quite mustardy, but they always have other ingredients in them to take the sour edge off. Guest guest
Say it aint so, Donna! I like that yeller stuff. I definitely like a whole grain mustard but sometimes there are occasions when I'd rather glop on the mainstream and cheap mustard. Guest guest
Yeah, it's great because mustard has lots of flavor to it. you can use sweet honey musteard for mild thinks like carrots, or dijon mustard, stone ground mustard, therea re a lof of types out there to choose from. also check into making your own mustard. you can also mix several things into mustard, dill goes really well, several other spices you can experiment with. and if you must have a creamy mustard, you can blend a dollop of fat-free tofu mayo into a good blob of mustard (how's that for a visual? *grin*) Megan ~ PT ~ <patchouli_troll wrote: Shawn wrote: " There was a Dave on this list who once recommended (as a fat free alternative) dipping raw vegetables in mustard (instead of the creamy dips or dressings).
