thanks for posting this donna! it looks good. i bet

the coconut dressing is good on rice noodles...add

some veggies and make a salad out of that too.

You're welcome Susie, it had you name written all over it. I haven't used the

dressing on anything else but I'm bet it would be delish over udon noodles, how

about rice now that also sounds good. I was thinking of adding a few peanuts

into the salad next time I make it. I hope you enjoy it, Donna
