Didn't really do anything for the holday. My daughter and I made some peanut butter pancakes. Some with chocolate chips thrown in. Enjoy your Tuesday. Guest guest
HI Donna: All I did was add a couple of spoonfuls of creamy peanut butter to the liquid part of the batter, then I put it in the blender so the peanut butter was mixed in. Then I added the dry ingredients to the liquid mixture and stirred. I also add a couple of spoonfuls of applesauce to the liquid. Cook as usual. Some of them had chocolate chips in them and some where plain. I put some Peanut butter on top as well. We didn't have any banana's as that would have been a great topping. Guest guest
Hi Donna: I hope you enjoy them. The one thing I found is they were a little on the heavy side. I had to add more soy milk to them as the batter was almost the consistency for muffins. However we enjoyed them. Gayle
