Not anything like American potato salad even though it contains many of the same ingredients. " Causa " Peruvian Potato Salad 8 large potatoes, peeled and cut into large pieces 3 Tbspns. lemon juice 1/3 cup olive oil or mayo salt & pepper to taste 1-3 tsps. hot chile peppers finely minced Sauce ~~~~~ 2 onions thinly sliced 1 fresh hot pepper cut into strips 2 Tblspns. olive oil 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro juice of 1/2 lemon salt & pepper Boil potatoes and mash with oil or mayo. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and chiles. Shape into small balls and place on lettuce leaf lined platter. Cover with sauce. To make sauce mix sauce ingredients and lay over top of potato balls. You can also top with crumbled cheese, black olives, red bell pepper, sliced hard boiled eggs, etc. " In the present position of the planets, it's impossible to say; Just when I'll find my course again, with the boulders in my way.
