I just realized that the waffle recipe is vegan...I'm intrigued, I

thought you had to whip eggwhites to make waffles! I'm not vegan,

just curious.

I have a carrot-pineapple-raisin bread recipe if you are interested,

it is not vegan.

I usually just use my regular pancake mix in the waffle iron! I make

my own; it's not in the files but I don't have my cookbooks back yet

so I can't post it right now. Often I make it with Ener-G egg

replacer powder, so when I want to make pancakes or waffles all I need

to add is the soymilk (I make a huge batch of the dry mix and store it

in the freezer).

Well, I don't usually have an egg at midnight... but you shouldn't be

ashamed at not being vegan... every effort toward an honorable goal is

worthy of pride.

*hugs* from a fellow wishful vegan,

Amy
