, Melissa,Moosewood cookbook was: cheese beans

Melissa, I also love this cookbook and the handwritten recipes . It

was the first vegetarian cookbook I ever had, given to me by my sister when

I moved into a new house! I don't think I've tried a recipe from this book

that I didn't like. My husband's favorite quiche- type pie is in this

one....Cauliflower-Cheese Pie. It looks like a bit of work but I have it

down to a science. If anyone is interested (it's not vegan) I'll post it.
