Guest guest
I would love to learn to can, but am too intimidated by the chemistry and time it requires. Side note: I just learned to bake my own bread and to make my own yogurt, two things I have wanted to do for a very long time! Guest guest
Hi Sorry for the delay in replying. The consequence of cooking for myself and two growing teenage boys is that (as you probably all know) one likes one thing but not the other and (yes) the other likes that other thing and the former doesn't. Was that circular? So my reserve has always been in the heat (spiced heat) of a new recipe. As an adult we are ready to try these wonderful tastes but when dealing with mid-range teenagers I always erred on the cautious side. My attempts have never been lost. They are now growing well and I am happy that I have introduced them to international cuisine even though sometimes it may have just been a little too hot. Honestly! Spicy doesn't mean hot it just means with spice...honestly! Best wishes Chris To help you stay safe and secure online, we've developed the all new Security Centre. Guest guest
Hi Chris: That is correct spice does mean with spice.. And food that is spiced with " HOT " spices should be hot with flavor not just hot. Gayle
