Guest guest Posted October 6, 2005 Report Share Posted October 6, 2005 i have not tried a vegan cheesecake either and also feel a bit shy about it. i know several folks on this list have mentioned making them in the past and they say it is very good. Pretty sure some of their tried and true versions of vegan cheesecakes are in our files section. If i were going to try any new vegan recipe for cheesecake it would be one of the ones from our files. One of our members, Pat [not sure if she is still here or not], but i remember she talked of a yummy vegan pumpkin cheesecake recipe that she was fond of making for Thanksgiving. It is great, I fooled my beer drinking, flesh eating college buddies with it, they wouldn't touch tofu with a ten foot pool.
