Guest guest
Hi all. I made the " famous " tofu jerky recipe found on the web and was dissatisfied with it, it was WAYYYYYY to salty and strong for me, and the tofu cooked way to fast too. Anyone have a good tofu jerky recipe to share? jesika -- Jesika J jesikaj
Guest guest
I like trying different jerky recipe's. I cut my tofu up in bite size pieces and marinate them in a sweet chili sauce(used for spring rolls), and then put them in a dehydrator for a few hours. My kids love the sweet/tangy spice of it. mel > > On 10/6/05, Jesika J wrote: > > > > > > Hi all. > > > > I made the " famous " tofu jerky recipe found on the > web and was > > dissatisfied with it, it was WAYYYYYY to salty and > strong for > > me, and the tofu cooked way to fast too.
