Guest guest
Last night I was using my toaster oven on the " broil " setting for the first time to melt some cheese on a tortilla. Well, I've learned that the broil setting isn't timed like the toast setting. So when I got back to the toaster oven it was smoking and the once lovely, cheesy tortilla goodness was now a lovely shade of burnt! So I didn't think it was all that bad but come to find out my ENTIRE PLACE smells like a crispy and burnt if-it-used-an-spf-of-a-gazillion-it-wouldn't-have-saved-it tortilla. Anyone have a solution for getting rid of the smell other than trying to air it out. Any tricks of the trade? Thanks, Shawn

Guest guest
Thank you Amy. Will see if apple cider vinegar will do the trick (I'll just hold my nose for awhile). Thanks again for the Whole Foods booklet! I've only used white (which I buy by the gallon for cleaning purposes), but I would think apple cider would work too? Anyway, the smell dissipates quickly. > Thanks again for the Whole Foods booklet! Guest guest
Not sure if this would work but try to simmer some cinnamon, on the stove. Gayle
