I found it in a health food store. I can't remember the brand

(finished the bag) and haven't found a pic online. It was a green

bag. But lots of companies make it - CHocolove, Ginger People, Green

& Black's... :-) Go look!

If you can't find a place to buy it make your own.

Melt some dark chocolate and dip your crystallized ginger in it, cool on wax

paper until dry.

eat and enjoy.
