I have a recipe on how to gain weight. Eat beets and cottage cheese.

Probably the best way to stop losing weight is to regulate the amount of

calories.

Since I turned vegetarian about 10 months ago, I've lost about 50

pounds. Not all bad, but I'd like to stop losing weight. Anyone

have any suggestions?

 

Are any of you from Northeast Wisconsin? It would be nice to check

out vegetarian eateries together.
