Guest guest Posted June 9, 2006 Report Share Posted June 9, 2006 Kiwi Mango Sorbet 3/4 cup granulated sugar 3/4 cup water 1 1/2 cups kiwis-pared, diced, pureed 1 1/2 cups mango, pureed 1/4 cup lime juice In a sauce pan combine the sugar and water. Bring to a boil then remove from heat and cool, then chill. Blend the kiwi, mango and lime juice together, chill. Then blend with the syrup. Freeze in a ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
