Guest guest
I went to school near Pinner at Northwood Hills. I get the Hill Station ice cream from Real Foods which are Edinburgh based whole food shops. Peckhams used to sell it (not sure if that is a Scottish or UK chain of delicatessan) but now they only have Ben & Jerrys or Haagen Dazs, neither of which say they are vegetarian so I assume they are not and don't buy them. I'm sad to say that a flight to Heathrow will have to wait until my bank manager and I are on better terms, LOL! Guest guest
Dear Christie, Good to know that some of your schooling is near my home :-) I have email Hill Sation to ask where to buy their Ice Cream. I hope to have a reply soon. I have not heard of Peckhams but their website showed that they are operating in your woods only :-( Lucky you...maybe I ought to come up to you to enjoy these things. If I do that, we be spending all day shopping, T-Hee, lol :-) How much is a Return Flight to Heathrow? Just curious. Liz told me that she paid about £90.00 some 3 years ago. She did say that it depends on the season. Maybe it is cheaper to travel in Winter? Just a thought... Guest guest
That would be great if you came to visit - we would spend our time shopping and eating - what fun! :-) and you could bring GB with you. I usually fly to Luton as my dad lives near there now - I think it cost me about £85 return last time but I had to book weeks in advance. In December it becomes really expensive and possibly also in August when the Festival is on. See you soon!
