Guest guest
I mostly eat them on my bagel in the morning, with lots of shredded carrot, some italian dressing and hot sauce (if it is food, I put hot sauce on it.) This is going to sound stupid, but do you have to cut/trim them once they are sprouted? Or do you just take the whole thing and eat it? Guest guest
You eat the whole thing. You need to rinse them. They are wonderful in all sandwhiches and salads. I especially like them added to toss salads and in pita pocket sandwhiches, with hummus, tomatoe and an onion slice. Judy
Guest guest
I rinse them as much as possible and the spin them in my salad spinner to get off the seed pods, those that remain are just extra roughage and then eat them whole.
