April, I would not use regular commercial seeds for sprouting because they

may have been chemically treated. However, you can plant any of the seeds for

sprouting if you happen to garden. Personally I love the onion, radish and

broccoli seeds for sprouting and I grow my own so I know they are organic and no

chemicals have been used on them.

Ok I have a really dumb question. Can regular gardening seeds (like

what you see at walmart in little packets) be used for sprouts or do I

need to buy " special " seeds? Also what plant types do you recommend?

Thanks,

April

I was wondering that myself April. Wouldn't they need to be organic

seeds?

Peace,
