Guest guest
I find this so ironic, Sharon, as I am sitting here in Scotland, half a world away, with my box of egg replacer which comes from ..... Australia! So, my box says that 1 t of egg replacer mixed with 2 T of water = 1 egg. However, I just looked on a conversion chart and it appears that US teaspoon and tablesppoon measures and UK ones are different and the ratios are also different, so there are 0.8 US Tbsp to 1 UK Tbsp and 1.066 US tsp in 1 UK tsp. Grrr, now I am too confused and I do not know where Australia and my box of egg replacer fit in with all this. Sorry not to have been of more help. What weight measurements do yuo use over there? Guest guest
I just cooked with the soy chorizo! I have used it a few times after eating it at a friends house. I made it up like soft shelled tacos. I cooked the chorizo in the skillet with some onion and taco seasoning. Placed it in a soft taco shell added the usual taco toppings and it was fantastic! - Lori christie_0131 <christie0131 wrote: I find this so ironic, Sharon, as I am sitting here in Scotland, half a world away, with my box of egg replacer which comes from .....
