~ Yup, I remember those days. Some of my party friends

thought I was beyond weird to have a jar of green growing

things on my kitchen counter... well, I guess I have always

been beyond weird. *lol* Nice to see sprouting is gaining

popularity again. My son that claims he hates veggies loves

his sprouts so I have to grow them. They are expensive to

buy in those plastic tubs the way he eats them up. :)

And fresh sprouts are much crisper and more favorable than the ones in the

store, bar none!!!
