Better Than Potato Salad smoked paprika Jeanne

I have never heard of it, Christie in Scotland talked of it. Pensey';s just

opened here in LA so I stopped in and got mine there, I sent some up to PT, I

kno she likes all the ame types of seasonings and spices I use, we are hooked.

Write me off list if you can't find it anywhere, I will see if I can pick some

up for you. It's the best. I gave some to my sister Sissy (in the group) she

put it in her black beans towards the end of cooking, and they were excellent,

she ran out to get herself a bag too, Mya took a little home and made an eggless

egg salad and sprinkled it over the top of her sandwich and she loves it too.

I love rice, and love Vegenaise, so the " Better than Potato Salad " sounds

like a winner to me!

I owe you all one more recipe before I head down to

the farmer's market to get my muffin.

This is a favorite salad of mine. I don't think

I can honestly say it is better than potato salad,

because potatoes are my favorite, but it ranks right

up there along with potato salad. It is a great way

to use up leftover rice and I love it with Vegenaise.

I can't wait to try this with a sprinkling of that

smokey paprika on top. Enjoy your day, and by all

means, get a flower for your hair!
