Guest guest
Yeah, it was round 100 here today... I baked... and then had to turn on the a/c. ( Once, I was on a train, wearing a SKIRT, and this lady called me sir! Okay... well, that WAS San Francisco.... guess a sir could be wearing a skirt. oxxoRowan I don't qualify as either, but some woman in the grocery store today called me sir.....'scuse me? She didn't get it when I said 'um, I think you meant 'ma'am.' the greeters were laughing their heads off though. oh well, I got my ice cream for my soon (tomorrow) to be 4 year old's ice cream cake. (no one likes frosting here, plus its going to be 92 tomorrow, no baking. But Ann Arbor is just one of those towns where nothing surprises you. He also gives the neighborhood kids a treat and dresses as Father Christmas and walks around the neighborhood in early December. He & his partner also have a fabulous garden, loads of treats tucked in all over, including strawberries on the extension. He doesn't mind if the kids pick one or two, as long as they eat them and don't waste them. AmyF
