I have missed a good pizza since I don't eat pepperoni anymore. This

recipe looks good.

Thanks for it Judy.

There are a lot of the Pizza shops making vegetarian pizzas now, and they

are delicious. They use olives (green and black), peppers, onions,

broccoli, cauliflower, artichokes, and lots of other vegetables. Keep an

eye out for them!!

You're very welcome. I hope you enjoy it. I was just thinking that I bet some

frozen chopped spinach, that was thawed and squeezed free of all moisture would

probably be delicious mixed into this mixture.

I love thin crust too. Love the crispy texture of it. All those toppings are

favorites of mine too.. My husband got me started on Pineapple on Pizza and

now, I can't imagine a reg. pizza without it and onions. They seem to

compliment each other.

My favorite pizza, this past year, has been Spinach, Mushroom &

Pineapple. on Thin crust whole wheat.

I agree. I can't imagine a pizza without pineapple either. I've gone

from Bacon, mushroom & Pineapple to the Spinach combo. Much better for

me (and the pig world). :)
