Guest guest
I saw you were from Geogria and just read this from a rescue group here and noticed your rescue group. Guest guest
Sending it out now. I'll ask my husband how far we are away from this place, maybe we can go pick up a couple. Lord knows we don't have the room, but we also very strongly believe if we, as individuals, don't take the responsibility, then who will? I'll show his boss the site too, as he is a huge dog lover and has several hundred acres for them to enjoy. (The dogs we adopted have their own cushions, air conditioned home, inside lives and cats to groom them.) I'll call them right now, see what we can arrange. Thanks for the heads up! Guest guest
Jeanne, Thank you for helping and I agree, we all must take responsiblity to help those who are defenseless to human ignorance. I have five dogs and 6 cats right now and renting so I can't take any more. Please let me know any updates and thank you again for sending this out and for helping. Guest guest
Sure can! I can't transport (no car and I'm agoraphobic, lol), but the husband person and I have lots of heart, warm laps, gentle voices and soft hands. Guest guest
And, another Georgia gal here...from Milledgeville which as you and I all know is a good place to be from. The State Asylum is there! We also have a rescue of each kind here at home. Coco Chanel is black and white and weighs about 17 pounds. No wasting away for sure. She was raised by Mollie, our Cocker Spaniel who passed away about 4 years ago. But, Coco hasn't forgotten her and has NO patience with our current rescue, Canolli a Cocker-Beagle mix but a beautiful shade of golden amber. A love to be sure. So, listen you Georgia gals, if I get down this fall I will be in touch. Believe it or now I was going to Biloxi last October and then Katrina arrived and that was out. We were living in Biloxi most of WWII and I shall never forget how hot and muggy it was. Enuf nonsense! You can write off line if you want. lahlbrand Luanne
Guest guest
Coco Chanel... I am soooo jealous... those were supposed to be my cats names! My husband wouldn't hear of it so I had to settle for Virginie Chanel. She knows her whole name too and that if I use it she is probably in trouble. Yvette doesn't know her name I think she has too much fat clogging her brain. lol ha ha ha!
