(recipe) Irish Soda Bread-, and baking soda AND bakingpowder...??? Hi Rise

Rise~ you can use soy or rice milk for the non-dairy milk. If a

recipe uses bakign powder or baking soda I wouldn't leave it out.

Maybe you call them by a different name in Denmark?

HI mary

 

thank you for the answer.... No i wouoldnt leave it out, I just wondered why

use BOTH baking soda AND baking powder...???

 

In danish recipies only one is used.....baking powder.... so i was wondering

what is the reason for using them both ????

Baking Powder is Baking Soda with Cream of Tartar in it.
