Everything tastes better bbq'd :o) I was even thinking of maybe cooking some

Jerusalem artichokes a bit then sticking them on the barby! :o) Course, some

of them have to be saved to go in the garden for next years crop! :o)

I love grilled zucchini and onions. sprikle with a bit of olive oil,

balsamic vinegar and a dash of sea salt. Eggplant is grat on the grill, too.

And

portabello mushrooms grilled are the best.

We are doing a BBQue tomorrow for the 4th. How would I grill butternut squash?

Would I cut in half and grill wrapped in foil, would I need to par-cook it

first, I appreciate any ideas and also any other vegetables that grill well.

Happy Holiday and a BIG welcoming hello to all the newbies since I logged in

I like to grill scallions, zucchini and I wrap a head of garlic in foil

and do that too.

I think the home-made veg. burgers all come out good.

I just logged in to look in the files and decide on one I haven't made

yet.
