2 veggie tamales on top of a big bowl of salad with a little light

ranch dressing & Chris Thomas King's new album 'Rise' -- both

delicious.

Peace,

I made me a big bean and cheese burrito and had avocado on the side

with salsa over the top of the burrito.

I was playing " Los Lobos " and now I'm going to have some strawberry ice

cream and put a few real strawberries on the top.

Tonight's dinner was broccoli stuffed Vidalia onions, cheese biscuits and a

tossed salad. Desert was a sugar free pineapple sorbet. Jeanne in Georgia

I had all my small bites of Chinese food in containers from Sunday's

dinner, all mixed together and I sat down to watch Animal Planet while

I ate. Now I'm " sleepy-Janet "

I made it fast and easy tonight.

Hummus on bread and a simple salad. I just didn't feel up to cooking

after a long day and the house is so hot.

This thread is making me hungry!

I had pasta with my mom's homemade red sauce, which everyone swears has some

addictive ingredient in it. The best vegan red sauce EVER!!!

I'm going to get a snack. :)

California Burrito from High Tech Burritos:

" Our delicious homemade guacamole with lettuce,

tomatoes, red onions, black beans, brown rice & salsa

in a whole wheat tortilla. It's a " salad burrito. " "

Added some braised tofu.

Tonight I had: Whole wheat penne and broccoli rabe covered with some

pasta sauce and Reggiano Parmigiano cheese shaved over it. It had all

been cooked yesterday so all I had to do was layer in in a bowl and

microwave. Yummy! Wish thee was some left for tomorrow.

Thanks for changing the topic.

That's interesting. I never thought of putting tomato on peanut butter. I

will have to try that.

HI Marilyn:

It is one of my favorites sandwhiches. Sometimes I put lettuce on it also. I

also will spread a thin coating of butter on side of the bread. I prefer this

over peanut butter and jelly.

Jeanne,

Do you have a recipe for your broccoli stuffed Vidalia onions? That sounds

delicious!
