Cilantro Chelation Pesto

Cilantro is an herb reputed for removing heavy metals from the body.

Each nut or seed has a specific nutrient for detoxifying. Combined

with other ingredients, this is a powerful tisue cleanser. 2 tsp. of

this pesto a day is reputably good to excrete heavy metals from the

blood. Do this for at least 3 weeks.

12 cloves garlic

1/3 cup Brazil nuts

1/3 cup sunflower seeds

1/3 cup pumpkin seeds

2 cups packed fresh cilantro

2/3 cup flaxseed oil

4 Tsp. lime juice

2 tsp. dulse powder

Puree all ingredients in a food processor and refrigerate.

I'm going to try this. Part of the reason for my laundry list of medical

problems is the fact that our water is heavily contaminated to above maximum

contaminant levels with an assortment of lovely chemicals and heavy metals. The

EPA report said we don't have to worry about the radioactive waste in the water,

since it is below MCL, I feel safer already. Drank it and used it 20 years

before finding out about this little gem. I've been doing the turmeric and

milk for a couple of weeks now and think it is helping. I know for a fact that I

have not needed as many blankety blank pills since starting this.

I would say it is fine. The main diet no nos are do not fast or do a

cleansing diet. Don't eat a lot of acidic food. By cleansing diet, I

mean eating mono diets or restrictive diets. a mono diet might be

eating only apples for a day or more. You would just be adding the

Cilantro Pesto to your regular diet.

A good thing to do is brisk walk every day. Also butterflies. Sit on

the floor, put soles of feet together and bring as close to groin as

possible and gently bounce knees up and down. My wife did these and

had a midwife and did not tear during delivery. Our son came out with

the placenta and water unbroken.

This tastes good too. I haven't heard of turmeric and milk for

excreting heavy metals. Turmeric is very versatile though. It is

good for all the mucus membranes, digestion, kidneys, lungs, immune

system, etc. aIt is good for the joints. I believe I sent in a

recipe for Golden Milk awhile ago. It is specifically for the

joints. Some people use it for arthritis.
