I made this Spinach Dip and topped Rotini Pasta for a refreshing Pasta

Salad. Also makes a great dip.The 'frozen' spinach is very easy to chop

in a blender

Vegetarian/vegan friendly

Spinach Dip

2 cups frozen chopped spinach

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons Vegenaise

Chop spinach in blender while still frozen

Add seasonings and Vegenaise

Cover and refrigerate until ingredients are blended, several hours or

overnight.

Use as a dip or as a dressing for pasta salad

I got Yoly's old toaster oven. If I cut the small boboli pizza crust

in half it will fit inside. I could put this on top of the pizza,

thanks for this idea Deanna. I love all th good ideas everyone

writes in here.
