Lemon and Tooth Enamel

straw but still think she will choose not to take the chance.

I use a straw with my tea to help keep it from discoloring the enamal.

I think this greatly depends on your bone structure. I am 28, never

had a cavity in my life, and I drink tea with lemon and lemonade.

 

I also do not drink soda or eat much in the way of candy. On the

whole, I get very little sugar in my diet unless it comes from fruits

or carbs. My one vice is chocolate.

Hope you are eating the dark chocolate, the one higher in antioxidants and also

a good quality.
