Wow! Just went through the digests from allllll the 3 veggie groups

dating back about a week ago. Good stuff! Lots of copying recipes I

just have to try, and some posts I want to reply to.

But in this post just want to say " Hi! " , and that I am so happy to be

a member of these groups that have such talented people working behind

the scenes to make everything flow smoothly...not to mention the

wonderful members. Also want to thank Diane for the nice review of my

coleslaw recipe.

OK--this is OT big time. Has anyone here tried the Yoga Toes? I just

read about them today and am seriously considering buying some. But

they cost a LOT! Here's a link:

I haven't, but they look very similar to the device that you use when

manicuring your toes. Maybe you could try that to see if you got relief

before spending a lot of money??

Hi Marilyn--yeah, I thought they looked like that, too! Something

to keep your toes apart when you want to paint your toenails...LOL!

Seems ever since I've reached 50 that I'm looking down and seeing my

grandmother's feet. I use (and I guess have abused) them a lot, but

don't necessarily agree that I need orthotics as was suggested after

my stress fracture last year.

I'm curious to see if anyone in here has a glowing review, or

scathing put-down, or neutral of yoga toes!

Thanks for responding!

Well, my daughter is a dance student and some of the dancers use yoga

toes as part of their foot care. (These students dance on toe which is

hell on your feet.) My daughter doesn't use them, though I think they'd

be good for her. But she's 13 and stubborn. Her poor feet, I feel so

badly for them.
