Nuts and Seeds Bread

These sounds wonderful.

 

I won't be making any bread until the weather cools. Without central air

the kitchen is just to hot for baking bread.

Gayle, you could make bread in a breadmaker without heating up the house.

Marilyn, I was thinking along the same lines! I copied this recipe

with the intention of cutting the ingredients in half and making it in

my bread machine. It really sounds good.

It might be a purchase to consider so you can enjoy home-made bread in the

summer. You don't have to use one all the time, but I like to be able to

have bread all year.

You are correct, I don't have one, I have always made bread by hand. I

don't even have a mixer.
