Hi Jane,

I love bok choy and will try this.

Funny, you ran across my mind in the AM and here you

posted. I will think about you more often so we see

you in here soon again.

Hugs,

Donna

Well you can bump and grind

and it`s good for your mind

well you can twist and shout

let it all hang out.

But you won`t fool the children of the revolution

No you won`t fool the children of the revolution

No, no, no!

I tried something like this at a cookout. the noodles were crunchy and good. I

will try this, I imagine the bok choy is more tender than the cabbage maybe?

Pleaseeeeeeeee get the bok choy, I love it. The baby

bok choy is good in the stir fry and soup but the

large bok choy has long crunchy stalks so I can't wait

to try this recipe. I would say the bok choy stalks

remind me of a cross between a celery stalk crunch and

a slight waterchestnut flavor.
