Guest guest
WHAT IN THE WORLD IS IT??!!! I never heard of it before! There is just so much to learn about veggies! I didn't know what pesto was until I made veggie lasagna, then I had to ask my SON the cook!(how embarrassing!) I have yet to find couscous, even though I searched all the aisles today, and now you throw something else new at me! Is there anything else you want to surprise me with? Guest guest
Our store keeps couscous by the spaghetti noodles. Chayote is a strange looking squash, almost a dark flesh color. Guest guest
I am not so thrilled with couscous. For those like me who are not so thrilled, we can swap out for rice in just about any recipe. Or a small pasta like orzo or acini de pepe. ) hugs, Chanda - lindacronan Thursday, July 27, 2006 8:41 PM Re: Donna: chaoye squash WHAT IN THE WORLD IS IT??!!! I never heard of it before! Guest guest
Couscous is usually near the rice. It is semolina, Near East makes one, also you can get it at Trader Joe's. Gayle
