Dry Muesli mix recipe?

I was wondering if anyone here might have a good tried and tested Dry Muesli

mix recipe, using whole grains and seeds that they make? I was looking around on

the internet and wanted to see what Peter Jackson (director of Lord of the

Rings) was working on now, and saw recent pictures of him. He dropped 80 pounds

eating Muesli and yogurt. He doesn't look like the same person.

I've struggled with my weight after having my 2 kids and I figured this might be

an easy and healthy thing to try. I could definitely stand to lose about 40

myself. Any recipes would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Rebekah. Yeah Peter Jackson sure looks

worlds healthier than he did during the filming

of LOTR. But you know, there is no such miracle

food out there. Meuseli may have been what he

used to help him drop weight, but I think he just

had to stop eating so much food and increased

his activity level along with it. :)

I have a recipe for homemade mueseli mix that

I love. You can just add whatever you like to it

such as seeds and whole grains. It is very filling.

I'll post it next...
