I love recipes using nutritional yeast.

That's why the magic loaf calculator is fun. I had some nutritional

yeast I hadn't used yet so I checked that box. :-) I found that, as

the week wore on, the leftovers became rather cumbly. So maybe I needed

more liquid or to cook it less long. But it had a great taste. :-)

 

I want to use the same sort of ingredients to make a patty. Maybe I'll

add an egg to that so it will really hold together.
