Do you have any Wholes Foods or health foods stores

around you?

When you find it make sure to rinse it in a mesh

strainer. It's got a natural bitter coating and

rinsing will remove it.

does quinoa taste anything like bulghur wheat? I tried bulghur and I didn't like

it.

I want to try quinoa next.

I have a Whole Foods store not too far from me, I could try there. Thanks for

the tip about washing it before cooking it to rid the bitter taste.

Whole Foods just introduced their private label grains

this year... look for the 365 label.
