Guest guest
About the acorn squash - Is the skin tough like butternut or easier like Zuccini and the like...I want to try this badly but have never prepared acorn squash before. If it's tough I won't be able to do it right yet. Guest guest
It is a winter squash, so the skin is tough. As a child, my mother just cut them in half, took out the seeds and threads, put butter and brown sugar in the hollow and baked them. Talk about delicious!!
