I come from a little farming town in Michigan and many people tease and make fun of me for being a vegetarian.. many people here HATE it and cant understand " Whats wrong with me.. and why I stopped eating food " yes, thats a quote. Some of my young camping friends are your age and have become vegans. If everyone your age would look down the road 50 years and see what their health is like, I am sure there would be more like you. Soon they will see how happy and healthy you are and they will be asking for your advise. I have heard it all in 20+ years as a Vegetarian (almost a Vegan), but now they are so used to my lifestyle I get questions all the time asking me about certain foods, vitamins , herbs, etc. I am hearing people everywhere saying " well I am giving up red meat and eating more veggies and fruit " ..That's a start..Huh? Check out the great recipes in the files and have fun preparing some for your friends.
