I too am a Tofu lover. Years ago when I thought I couldn't live

without eggs, my favorite was scrambled Tofu with onions and green

peppers. It satisfied my craving for scrambled eggs which was a

favorite of mine. Today I eat it any old way I can. I especially like

it with different sauces and salsas. I have graduated (lol) from

scrambled to baked and mixed with just about everything. Never been

too thrilled with the soft tofu but will try some desert and salad

dressings when I find time. If anyone has some tried and true soft

tofu recipes let me know. I hate to waste expensive ingredients on

experiments.

Sending smiles and hugs your way

LOL!!

no, didn't gross me out, but ya wouldn't catch me doin' it, LOL. It is not that

I hate tofu, I do eat if it is prepared properly for what it is going into, like

Chinese platters.

Moi
