Guest guest
I too am a Tofu lover. Years ago when I thought I couldn't live without eggs, my favorite was scrambled Tofu with onions and green peppers. It satisfied my craving for scrambled eggs which was a favorite of mine. Today I eat it any old way I can. I especially like it with different sauces and salsas. I have graduated (lol) from scrambled to baked and mixed with just about everything. Never been too thrilled with the soft tofu but will try some desert and salad dressings when I find time. If anyone has some tried and true soft tofu recipes let me know. I hate to waste expensive ingredients on experiments. Sending smiles and hugs your way Deanna , Donnalilacflower <thelilacflower wrote: > > > I open a tub, pour off the water, take a fork and dig > in.
