Guest guest
Hi I just thought I'd share some good news. I found for the first time that I don't enjoy cooked food any more. That is amazing because I used to love it and was addicted. I have been raw since September, but have slipped into cooked from time to time. I tried to eat cooked veggies at a restaurant the other day with a friend and they just did not taste like food any more. More like eating cardboard or something. These were good 'healthy " veggies, steamed broccolli, asparagus, and beets, which I had added to my salad as the raw pickings were slim. On top of that I am 45 pounds less than I was fifteen months ago, having lost 35 of those pounds since going raw in September. I can walf for long distances and am getting more fit as time goes on. I am starting to have to buy some new clothes, as my old ones just fall off now. I used to be size 16 and just bought my first pair of size 8 pants in ages. Anyway just thought I'd share some good news. Happy raw day all, Lane
