Bob,

What kind of a blender do you use for small quantity items?

Thanks,

Hi Sharon!

I use a Black and Decker " Handy Chopper Plus " -- it's an

inexpensive, older, " ok " blender. I call it just ok, because it's

fine for nuts/seeds (which I rarely use it for anymore..), and once

you add any " liquid " to it, it's not so great - it doesn't have a

tight seal at the top, and can then drip liquid everywhere...(and did

make a nice date sauce for the banana burrito...)

there are probably better small blender...or blenders with small jars

attachments...etc.

all the best,

Bob

Hi Bob,

Maybe someone else has had experience with a good mini-blender. I use my

VitaMix, but it's too big for small jobs.

Thanks,

Sharon

Hey Bob, do you think a small food processer would do the trick on the dates?

I have a small two cup food processor.

When I get some medjool dates I think I will try it.

yes, that's plenty big for the recipe, the banana burritos, that were

being discussed.
