Guest guest
Hi, Bob! I sent an email to you (on Sunday) regarding your offer to help me with my cravings if I would post to you privately or to the group (Subject was " Re: [Raw Food] Cravings--from Susan " ). I wrote to you privately but haven't heard back, although I continue to gain so much insight from what you post to the group each day! Anyway, I thought I'd check to see if you received it? Shall I re-post it to the group instead of you having to search for it? :-) This is such a great group/list! What commitment to health and long life! Thank you to all of you who post!!! Susan :-)
Guest guest
Bob, you can obviously skip that last email, as it apparently came through somewhat delayed--or perhaps I am receiving all my emails on a delayed basis...is that normal on the list? (doesn't really matter!) I am feeling great and doing well! Susan :-)

Guest guest
Hi Susan... I checked - I'd responded twice on Sunday, once on Monday, and once Tuesday (all different) - and you'd responded twice within there. not sure what's going on, but I just resent them all. Guest guest
Yes but how old are you? Looking 25 is impressive if you are say, over 50. Not such a big deal if you are 27. Thanks Lane - Froggy rawfood Thursday, August 25, 2005 1:25 AM Re: [Raw Food] For Bob Farrell i plan to live to be 125 and still look like i'm 25. rawfood , sb1wings@a... wrote: > This is such a great group/list! Guest guest
Sorry Froggy. I re read your message and see that you meant you want to still look 25 when you are 125. That WOULD be impressive! Cheers , Lane in Bermuda - Lane Martin rawfood Thursday, August 25, 2005 8:26 AM Re: [Raw Food] For Bob Farrell Yes but how old are you? Guest guest
i'm 41 lane, hopefully through raw food (for me, it's not right for everybody) and spiritual growth i can stop the aging process and maybe even reverse it a little, say in ten years. rawfood , " Lane Martin " <lanie@p...> wrote: > Yes but how old are you? Guest guest
Well good luck with that. I have met people that are trying to never die. I'm sure there are possibilities out there that we can only begin to imagine. Raw food has added years to my life as I was on the way out and now I'm not. I'm thinner and healthier now too. - Froggy rawfood Friday, August 26, 2005 1:03 AM Re: [Raw Food] For Bob Farrell i'm 41 lane, hopefully through raw food (for me, it's not right for everybody) and spiritual growth i can stop the aging process and maybe even reverse it a little, say in ten years. rawfood , " Lane Martin " <lanie@p...> wrote: > Yes but how old are you? Guest guest
it's possible, we'll see, but it takes extreme spiritual ability in order to do it, raw food is just a piece of my puzzle. raw food definitely helps me a lot in terms of my appearance, i definitely look early thirties. the diet, for me, definitely brings a vibrancy to the flesh and the cells and it's the only way of eating that will for me. the happiness that it generates in my spirit is the main thing. i feel very healthy and i'm also pretty thin. well, i had a scare last night, i went to a potluck knowing i wasn't going to eat there. i brought them chocolate rolls as i was the dessert person. i hung out and got to know the group for about a while. it was a wine and all kinds of fancy, expensive, different kinds of taste sensations available in the pre-dinner sit around. it's all garbage and ego to me. i don't care how fancy they get with their taste sensations, it's wrong, a human is just not meant to do that to food. i'm meant to just pick up raw plant food and eat it. well, that's my storyline and i'm sticking to it. could you imagine a group of these wonderful, sophisticated people sitting around passing raw produce, it'll never happen in my lifetime, people like to destroy themselves with their food too much, they're too egoic and hardly have a spiritual concept. they have rage and anger that they don't even know of, described well in A Course in Miracles by the way. people are simply too unconsciously upset to eat a simple raw plant food diet. they have complicated minds and they have to complicate everything, to some degree, in order to feel comfortable with it. on the one hand people are humble thinking they don't know much and they enjoy thinking that they're just a simple people, but on the other hand they truly do have very evolved minds that are capable of much and it leads to overcomplication very easily, without them even really seeing it. there's is much power in the mind, it has to be recognized for what it is before someone can truly figure out how to use it. rich rawfood , " Lane Martin " <lanie@p...> wrote: > Well good luck with that.
