Guest guest
I started eating 80 to 100% raw food 2 months ago. I was eating no raw food prior to that and mostly overprocessed convenience foods. My eyes appear to have changed from grey with yellow flecks to bright blue. It even says my eye color is grey on my drivers license. Could this be true? Everyone thinks I have recently gotten blue contac lenses. Guest guest
no way thats amazing laurel, and quite fast too.. i have to admit the main reason for me going raw as the possibility in the change of eye color, however i will be more willing when someone with dark brown eyes achieves this, its more likely with u becaus eu already had colored eyes and by going law you getting rid of the toxins hence producing a lighter eye color. Guest guest
Hi Laurel! My name is Debra, and I'm new here - BUT - I have heard of cases where the amount of toxins in a person's body can be reflected in their eye color. Yours growing brighter and deeper is possibily indicative that in switching to this lifestyle, you have flushed out a good amount of toxins:) Blessings - Debra
Guest guest
i definitely get comments on how clear blue my eyes look when i'm eating raw, of course, they were already blue, just a little duller when i'm not raw. or maybe it's just my happy personality vibe that people pick up on when i'm raw. Guest guest
welcome debra, i'm sure that the overall body appearance is much better raw. flushing out the toxins of all kinds would be one of my goals in going raw, i know i get pretty thin raw, not too thin, but properly thin.
