I haven't ordered it but I have The Raw Secrets, Instant Raw Sensations (his recipe book), and The Best Foods on the Planet (a booklet full of tips, tricks, lists, and sample menus for raw foodists) and all of them are extremely readable and invaluable. I would think that the Starter Kit would be the same quality. If you get it, I would be interested in your opinion of it. I'm eight months raw tomorrow! (I did eat one cooked meal recently and didn't do well at all.) The way I found a diet that worked was through Roger's forum How to Go Raw <http://www.superbeing.com/> and Frederic's publications. I feel I would still be stumbling in the dark otherwise. Good luck!
