Guest guest
I've done it. It's good for a temporary cleanse - not as a diet. I lost 12 lbs in 10 days, but gained back 6 almost immediately when I went back onto whole food. It was nice to get my body cleansed out. Guest guest
Would you share the quanities that you are using? When I read the website it listed contents but not quantities for mixing. My guess it part of it will have to do with personal preference. Do you mind if I ask how you are feeling while you are doing this? Is it some thing that a person could do during the work week, or does it need to wait until week-ends? Leah Melvin Pervis <takoda60 wrote: Yes, I am on it now. It really peels off the weight. Guest guest
The original recipe which comes from a little book written by Stanley Burroughs, calls for: 2 Tbsp lemon or lime juice (approx 1/2 lemon, organic) 2 Tbsp genuine maple syrup 1/10 Tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste Water, medium hot (spring or purified) If you're serious about doing the cleanse, I suggest you get the book, it's only about six dollars. It's available on Amazon, you might get a used copy for less.I had very good results with it. it doesnt say how much of the lemon juice and cayenne pepper you use. Guest guest
Hi Jenni: If you go right back to eating what you were eating before you started the Master Cleanser, if you do not do the follow-up, yes, you will most likely gain back any weight you lost. The Master Cleanser is *just that*... a cleansign diet. The word diet can refer to *losing weight*, *gaining weight*, *maintaining weight*, *presrving health*, " creating health " , etc. When fasting, it is a good idea to have a focus on the end result. Good health is one focus. Weight loss is another. In either case, if you do not follow up on the fast with good eating habits, you will find mixed results. Guest guest
Robert, With work and school and all those responsibilities, its just not practical for me to fast when I would need time to rest and cleanse. I wish I could do it because I need it. Maybe in time for " spring break " I can! If you have any better ideas, let me know. Jen Robert Ratliff <bratliff wrote: Why can't you go on a 10 day fast?
