deat tommie and robert,

thanks for the good advice. i've decided to buy the best... an excalibur 3000.

i'm really excited. i actually came to raw foodism as an already very whole

eater and healthy person looking to diversify and 'liven up' (ha ha) my already

fabulous diet and lifestyle. i am not a purist... although my body is free from

sugar and caffeine and all processed foods and dairy for white flour for over 9

years. that was quite a de-tox! i won't ever re-live that! you couldn't pay me

to 'cheat' myself -- nothing is more tempting to me than living my best life

right now!!!

raw eating offers me and my family healthy, live options for 'desserts' and

great recipes that are healing for the body and especially the gut that i am

comfortable with. i also expereince more liberties in my eating which is

actually normalizing. a nice surprise!

health to you both! life is so precious... one bite at a time!

lisa : )

ps. tommie: where can i find your icecream recipes please?

Enjoy it but be prepared to get to the point where it will gather a

lot of dust. :)

I don't have any ice cream recipes. If you do a search of the

messages, you'll find what's been posted.

Good luck!

Tommie
