Okay - all this talk about Master Cleanse.

I love that everyone cares and has imput.

I am very new to this and decided that from all the crap I have eaten in the

past - I would read and get all the information I could - then decide if I

should try it.

Everything inside me to try it.

So - this morning - I drank the quart of lukewarm salt water.

Went back to bed. It worked and my body did what the books said it would

do.

An hour later - I drank my first lemonade.

It has been 4 hours since I started and I feel like a million bucks.

I have been thirsty so have just been drinking water.

Something rings inside of me that this is fabulous.

The best thing is to prepare yourself and read about it - then you can

decide what is best for you.

Maybe I'll report back how I feel at the end of the day and let you know if

I will decided to

continue.

Right now - it was the right decision for my body.

Judy,

I am right there with you! I have read so much about the master cleasne, that

I decided to start it today too.

I think I might have over done it with the pepper this morning, but other wise

I am feeling fine! Good luck to you.

Thanks so much for the progress report! I'd be very interested to hear how

things go daily. I'm seriously considering beginning the cleanse this

weekend. It would be so helpful to hear an ongoing report from you!

So you can notice a difference in the way you feel already? Wow!

I drank my first lemonade at 6:30 ish

I was feeling thirsty - so started drinking more water.

At 8:30 - I just wanted another lemonade.

This is Judy and I am checking in from my first day on the Master Cleanse.

It is 7:30 pm and I just had my 6th glass of lemonade.

I drank about 4 bottles of water during the day and I feel like a million

bucks.

I never ever ever felt hungry - not even trying to fake it.

I never felt weak, tired or anything.

I worked hard and did all the things I needed to do.

I hated that I had to fix dinner for my family! Now that was hard when they

are all

slicing avocados and tomatoes and eating my fresh flax crackers and smearing

" chili beans " on them. I had to leave the room.

I said to myself - wow - and this is only the first day.

I don't know if I want to do it for the whole 10 days.

I am down to a size 6 pants and I was a size 10. I never wanted

to lose any weight - but of course eating the raw way helps you have a

defined

figure and helps to mold you into something beautiful (??).

It isn't that I feel bad or anything - I guess I just miss eating the

perfect raw way

and all this great food around me is off limits!

So - that's my first day.

A true, fun experience.

Hey - I went 100% since Feb 25th! So did my husband. We both shrunk!!!

We are so full and so happy and never ever hungry.

I guess we are eating the right balance to feel so good.

Judy

I have always been a size 10 - I am 5 ' 8 " tall.

So it's a good size for me.

whoa - this is too thin.

That's so great...I wish I found your success! I've never gone more than a

few days. I'm hoping to start the Master Cleanse this weekend and then

maybe after that (if I can do it) I'll want to eat raw.

I heard that the reason we are losing so much weight is because we are

strictly eating

raw -100% -and the food is being used immediately and not sitting around

-like cooked food does -so this speeds up our metabolism without even

trying. We eat, drink and sit around and get thin. Such a deal!

Good luck on your fast this weekend!

Judy
