Guest guest
You may sit around and get thin but I have to much energy to do that. I have to get up and MOVE! I couldn't even think about exercising before I started eating raw. Now, I can't imagine not exercising! I understand that what you are saying is an analogy but we gotta have muscles or what used to be fat will be a lot of loose skin. I'm the old lady around here, though. Maybe that's just true for me. Guest guest
Tommie - I was just kidding. You can't get me to sit down. I think I have lost so much because I eat raw AND I AM SO BUSY! Oh yeah about that loose skin - I don't want that either! We do plenty of exercising with weights - so none of that. I am an old lady too - 57 and getting younger every day. I started a blog - not bragging but wanted to keep a journal. You can see me and my family. www.mawintheraw.blogspot.com/ Judy On 3/14/06, jerushy1944 <no_reply > wrote: > > You may sit around and get thin but I have to much energy to do that. > I have to get up and MOVE! Guest guest
I figured you were but I had to say it! I checked out your blog. Neat! So many pictures and recipes (and I recognize some of them). I can see why you are getting another dehydrator. Mine is round but it doesn't have the hole in the middle to have to " dodge " . You have a handsome family! I'm looking forward to seeing more of all that good food, too! Guest guest
Well if lose skin is a problem...you can always do an herbal body wrap. Then one I use, is like getting liposuction and a face lift in an hour with no side affects. I lose tons of inches, detox my cells, and get a great face lift, reduce puffiness and it only takes an hour and half once a week. With all the weight I am losing, this body wrap tightens you up, the results last, its not a water reducer, it actually cleans out old toxins from your system and makes you look healthier and no more sagging flabby skin. I used to have " bat flaps " under my arms...they are almost totally gone now and Ive only done 4 treatments so far! jerushy1944 <no_reply understand that what you are saying is an analogy but we gotta have muscles or what used to be fat will be a lot of loose skin.
